Free exports are a working preview: they carry a large diagonal DRAFT watermark and a small "made with campplanner.app" credit so you can plan and share ideas freely. Upgrading to any paid plan removes the DRAFT treatment and gives you a clean, watermark-free, hi-res copy you can hand off as a finished site plan.
AI map import turns a photo or map of your site into an editable layout. The free plan includes 2 imports total (lifetime). A Camp Pass adds +10 imports. Annual and Lifetime include effectively unlimited imports. Limits exist to cover the AI processing cost and keep the free tier sustainable.
A Camp Pass is a 3-month pass — plenty of time to plan and finalize one event. It's a single payment, not a subscription, so nothing auto-renews; after 3 months it simply lapses and your account returns to the free plan (your camps and data stay put — only clean exports and the extra AI imports turn off). Planning another event later? Grab another Pass, or step up to Annual or Lifetime for ongoing access.
Open the pricing screen from the app (the upgrade prompt appears when you hit a limit), pick a plan, and you'll be taken to secure checkout. Every plan is a single, straightforward checkout — there's nothing per-event to choose. You can upgrade from a Pass to Annual or Lifetime later.
Payment is handled by Stripe (via Stripe Managed Payments), our merchant of record. They process the transaction, send your receipt, and handle sales tax/VAT.
See the full Refund Policy. In short: one-time purchases are refunded on a case-by-case basis — just email us and we'll work with you — and Annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals.
